I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made the effort to speak to me in English. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food options to choose from, and the omelette station was a nice touch. The hotel's housekeeping team did a great job of maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay, and the bedding was extremely comfortable.

I really liked the convenient location with many restaurant options nearby, such as Barashek, only a 10-minute walk away.

The hotel's location was convenient for my business meetings and the hotel staff was helpful in providing directions to nearby attractions. The room was clean and comfortable with a good variety of amenities. The breakfast had a decent selection of dishes and the coffee was particularly delicious.
There was a bit of noise from the street outside that disrupted my sleep at times. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was a bit weak and at times the connection was unstable, making it difficult to work.

The restaurant to the left of the lobby has great food and a welcoming atmosphere. the rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and a selection of TV channels. the staff is friendly and helpful, especially the English-speaking front desk personnel. the outdoor pool is large and clean with plenty of lounge chairs.
The breakfast spread lacks variety, and there have been complaints about delayed check-ins and malfunctioning amenities, like irons and safes.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast with many choices, personal omelette offered, helpful staff with good English, comfortable bed and bedding, effective heating/cooling system.
Can't fault the property in any way.
